The Willow showcases a public plaza and social room for residents to gather and entertain guests, an on-site gym to keep fit, and a large rooftop terrace with gardening beds for urban green thumbs. Your furry friends are welcome too, as a pet-friendly building, and feature a pet and bicycle wash for added convenience. For security and ease, The Willow offers heated underground parking, security and access control features, storage lockers for rent, and secure bike storage.

Absolutely, if you’re moving into The Willow, you and your furry friends are invited to a “pet interview” before they move in with you. Residents are allowed up to two pets, with breed restrictions for dogs, and a 45 lbs maximum. You will be required to pay a non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee of $35.00 per pet will also be applied. Contact our leasing team for more info on our Pet Policy.

The Willow offers secured, heated underground parking for vehicles and bikes. A parking stall can be added to your suite for an additional $100/month per stall.

Rent can be paid by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) as the preferred option, or by post-dated cheques. 

The security deposit depends on the size of the unit. For 1 bedroom units, the deposit is $750. For 2 and 3 bedroom units, the deposit is $1,000.

Your minimum rent period is typically 12 months.

Leases are only available for the year or longer. 

Heat is included in your rent at The Willow. Electricity and water are paid separately.

Yes, you will need tenant insurance.

Tenants can request maintenance by contacting the management team.
